Service contract agreements are available at a fixed price up to 10,000 hours. Bell also offers free Machine Condition Assessments (MCAs), whether a customer is on a service agreement or not.

Contract terms are reviewed annually to maintain suitability for both parties. All service and repair agreements are transferable for products sold on to another user.

All new machines come with a built-in warranty of 12 months or 2,500 hours, which can be extended at the start of a contract.

Bell puts particular emphasis on increasing customer benefits at the truck replacement stage by offering flexible finance solutions.
